Beschreibung des Angebots
Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) ist eine Nachdiplomausbildung der Hochschulen und entspricht mindestens 30 ECTS-Punkten.
The Diploma of Advanced Studies is offered in cooperation between University of St. Gallen and International Air Transport Association. The program content is delivered by academic and industry leading lecturers from HSG and IATA.
Participants will become a trusted leader by gaining greater knowledge on the global aviation industry as a whole and the crucial regulations and their impact on business strategies and operations. Frameworks for quality & safety management, as well as for auditing processes will help them and their companies to comply with these regulations.
Aufbau der Ausbildung
36 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System)
Global Air Transport Management consists of 9 modules:
- M1 Accountable Management - University of St.Gallen (Switzerland)
- M2 Revenue Management and Pricing with Simulation - IATA Training (LIVE virtual classroom
- M3 Airline Business Models and Competitive Strategies - IATA Trining (Miami, USA)
- M4 Aviation and the Environment - IATA Training (LIVE virtual classroom)
- M5 Strategy and Business Models - University of St.Gallen (Switzerland)
- M6 Responsible Leadership, Integrated Management and Organization - University of St.Gallen (Switzerland)
- M7 Network, Fleet and Schedule Planning - IATA Training (Geneva, Switzerland)
- M8 Sustainable Risk and Safety Management - University of St.Gallen (Switzerland)
- M9 Auditing in Aviation - University of St.Gallen (Switzerland)
- PO Transfer Paper (Supvervision by CFAC / UNISG)
Voraussetzungen
Zulassung
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience
- University degree
- Responsibility for company / division / department / product / service / process
- Affiliation with the Civil Aviation industry (Airlines, Airports, Ground Handling, Supply Chain, Association, Services)
- Written and spoken English proficiency
- Ability to travel to Switzerland, Canada and Singapore (not required for ONLINE modules in 2022)
