Beschreibung des Angebots

Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) ist eine Nachdiplomausbildung der Hochschulen und entspricht mindestens 60 ECTS-Punkten. Dieser MAS verlangt 70 ECTS-Punkte.

Der LL.M.-Studiengang ist eine anspruchsvolle, praxisbezogene Weiterbildung auf dem Gebiet des internationalen Wirtschaftsrechts.

The LL.M.-program consists of a general course and a specialization course. In order to obtain the LL.M. title all general lectures, a specialization course and a diploma thesis must be completed.

After an introduction to the economic and legal foundations of the international economy and important foreign areas of law, the emphasis shifts to European and international business (e.g. EU Common Market, Competition Law, WTO, Corporate Law, Tax and Corporate Criminal Law). In addition students choose one of the following specializations:

• International Banking, Finance and Insurance Law
• International Sports Law

Study structure: Fulltime, classes take part in the mornings
